Our Housing Services team provides funding to community housing providers in Northumberland County including non-profit providers and housing co-operatives.

All community housing providers manage their own properties and provide day-to-day property management and tenant relation services, while adhering to the County Directives. These Directives set out local rules under the Housing Services Act.
